Why Hoop Fitness?
Hula hooping is a heart opening form of self-expression that over time can help improve your fitness, flexibility, and flow techniques.
Classes will run through a series of beginner hoop dance moves mixed with some familiar stretching and yoga poses that incorporate holding the hoop.
No experience is necessary - Total beginners welcome!!! If you have always wanted to learn how to keep the hula hoop spinning around your waist then this is the class for YOU! Come and dance while having so much fun with us in Whistler.
Hoops are provided and we also have a selection of beautifully coloured polypro hoops for sale for anyone who wants to take one home for extra practice.
